Wolfram Huber advises and represents clients on banking and financing issues, with special focus on syndicated loans, secured lending, trade and project finance, restructuring, on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including hydrogen. As a member of the PHH Practice Group for Aviation Law, he also has extensive expertise in all matters related to aviation finance. He is a member of the Austrian bar and has also been admitted to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales. Wolfram is also enrolled in the official list of FIDIC Dispute Adjudicators. In addition, Wolfram is in great demand as a lecturer at seminars, conferences and workshops.

Wolfram was called to the bar in 2007 and has been a partner at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen since 2014.

He speaks German, English, French and Spanish.

What motivates me:
The knowledge that we are not only involved with the most exciting financing transactions in the market, but have significant input into the structuring of these transactions and are able to make an essential contribution to our clients’ success.

Where would I be now if I had not become a lawyer:
Intensive care physician.
