We always look forward, but sometimes we also like to look back. A lot has happened since PHH Rechtsanwält:innen was founded in 2001: We now have around 50 employees, half of whom are lawyers specializing in different areas of law. We have won numerous awards, are represented in international lawyer rankings and are regularly named as one of Austria’s leading commercial law firms. And we are proud of that.

This path was made possible by our team, in which personalities, expertise and knowledge from different areas come together to form a strong, courageous and creative team. And that’s a good thing, because no one can be an expert in everything.  Our values – professionalism, competence, flexibility and personality – are shaped and lived by our entire team.

Legal advice for a good cause

As one of the leading commercial law firms, we take our social responsibility seriously. PHH Rechtsanwält:innen provides legal advice in appropriate cases in order to promote a good cause. No fee is charged for pro bono legal advice, insofar as this is permitted under the relevant professional regulations. Our current pro bono mandates – and have been for many years – are Caritas Austria, Austrian Cancer Aid and the Children’s Hospice Network.

Furthermore, Managing Partner and real estate expert Julia Fritz and Partner and employment law expert Nicolaus Mels-Colloredo are also regularly available pro bono to answer readers’ questions on the Kurier “Wohntelefon” and “Jobtelefon”.
