Nicolaus Mels-Colloredo primarily works in the area of transactions as well as individual and collective labor law cases. His main focus lies in advising clients on M\&A transactions, labor law issues related to company transactions or restructurings, and negotiations with works councils and trade unions. Additionally, he is expanding his expertise in the area of the Settlement and Residence Act as well as the Foreign Employment Act, thereby enhancing PHH Attorneys-at-Law’s range of legal services in important fields.
Nicolaus has been a lawyer since 2009 and has been a partner at PHH Attorneys-at-Law ever since.
He speaks German, English, and French.
