Nicolaus Mels-Colloredo focuses primarily on transactions and on labour and employment law. He specialises in advising clients on M&A transactions, on labour and employment law issues in connection with corporate transactions or restructuring and on negotiations with works councils and unions. Additionally, he possesses expertise in the areas of residency and immigration law, as well as foreign employment law, thereby broadening the range of legal services offered by PHH in key legal areas.
Nicolaus was called to the bar in 2009 and became a partner at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen the same year.
He speaks German, English and French.
