Rainer Kaspar is an expert in M&A and compliance as well as financing and capital market transactions, particularly as regards questions related to cross-border transactions. He advises private and listed companies, private equity firms and financial institutions on commercial law matters and is highly in demand as a lecturer at seminars and conferences such as the IBA or the AIJA.
Rainer was called to the bar in 2008 and has been a partner at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen since 2012.
He speaks German, English and French.
