The who’s who of the Austrian M&A sector met at the 1st Vienna M&A Day at the Haus der Industrie. Even the inviters themselves are no strangers: M&A specialists from PHH, Brandl Talos, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Schoenherr, Wolf Theiss and the University of Vienna jointly organized a conference in Vienna for the first time, by practitioners for practitioners.
“The M&A market has become even more international and interconnected in recent years. This makes mutual exchange and discussion all the more important. After all, we all face the same challenges,” says Rainer Kaspar, Partner at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen and one of the initiators of the M&A Day.
