On February 15, 2024, the Association for Corporate Lawyers VUJ will open a new expert group on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), whose partner is PHH Rechtsanwält:innen.
At a time when M&A activity is expected to increase again, a comprehensive understanding of transactions of this type is becoming increasingly important for in-house counsel. Sophisticated W&I insurance plays a key role in M&A transactions to successfully close deals without unpleasant surprises later on. It is also essential to know how to deal with potential red flags as a UJ in order to recognize possible risks at an early stage.
