Career & competencies

Stefanie Werinos is an expert in public commercial law with a focus on public procurement, environmental and planning law, mobility law and public life science and health care.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, she advises and represents her clients in complex planning and approval procedures for plant, infrastructure and mobility projects. With regard to public procurement law issues, Stefanie Werinos regularly advises both bidders and clients before and during the implementation of competitive tendering procedures. Stefanie Werinos also represents her clients in public procurement review proceedings before the administrative courts. In addition, she has many years of experience in advising pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as health care stakeholders.

She is a university lecturer and regularly lectures on environmental law at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, also overseeing the competence center for drone laws and regulations.

Stefanie joined PHH Rechtsanwält:innen in 2021.

She speaks German, English, French and Italian.
