PHH Rechtsanwält:innen advised Landesbank Baden-Württemberg on the financing of a renewable energy project in Lower Austria.

PHH Rechtsanwält:innen was again able to score with legal and technical expertise in a renewable energy project, this time in the successful financing of a photovoltaic plant of WEB Windenergie AG (W.E.B), which is operated in hybrid form with a wind farm. The PHH team examined the project for bankability, prepared all the financial documentation and negotiated the financing. The photovoltaic system and the wind farm project, which consists of a total of 11 wind turbines, were financed by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.

“The fact that Landesbank Baden-Württemberg chose us is not only another piece of the puzzle for our track record in the field of renewable energies, but also shows that we have been able to position ourselves across borders as experts in this field,” says PHH partner Annika Wolf, who led the transaction. In addition to her, Julia Fritz (partner, real estate), Stefanie Werinos (partner, public law, energy and environment), Sandra Kasper (lawyer, energy and environment), Theresa Karall (trainee lawyer) and Maximilian Els (trainee lawyer) also worked in the PHH transaction team for Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.

Christoph Glanner implemented the project in-house for W.E.B.
