Wolfgang Guggenberger advises national and international clients in the areas of M&A, corporate law and commercial law as well as compliance. His specialties include transactions in the area of private equity/venture capital investments and cross-border company acquisitions. In addition, Wolfgang is part of the corporate law practice group and continuously advises clients on national and international commercial transactions and on critical issues relating to corporate and commercial law.
Wolfgang joined PHH Rechtsanwält:innen as an attorney in 2021. He speaks German and English.
