Wolfgang Guggenberger advises national and international clients in the areas of M&A, corporate law, and business law, as well as compliance. His consulting focus includes transactions in private equity/venture capital investments and cross-border company acquisitions. In addition, Wolfgang is part of the Corporate Law practice group and regularly advises clients on national and international commercial transactions and critical business-related corporate law issues.
Wolfgang has been an attorney at PHH since 2021.
