Theresa Karall’s expertise lies in advising on data protection and public commercial law, particularly in the areas of public procurement and planning law as well as public life science and health care.
Theresa Karall provides comprehensive advice on data protection issues and supports clients from various industries. Her focus is on ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She specializes, among other things, in the legal support of and advice on intra-group and international data transfers, cross-border compliance projects and data protection law set-ups of start-up companies. She also advises on data protection aspects in the context of transactions and corporate restructuring.
With regard to public procurement law issues, Theresa Karall regularly advises both bidders and contracting authorities before and during the implementation of public procurement procedures.
In addition to this focus, she is co-operator of the “Competence Center for Drone Law”, where she combines her expertise in data protection law with mobility law issues.
Theresa Karall joined PHH Rechtsanwält:innen in 2021 and is a trainee lawyer. She speaks German, English and Croatian.
