Marcel Simonis has more than twenty years of experience in the field of business consulting and risk management. He advises companies in particular in connection with the implementation of compliance management and whistleblowing systems, internal control systems and internal investigations as well as the management of sensitive compliance and fraud cases. He has gained his experience of more than 20 years in this field in various positions and in particular as Executive Director Internal Audit as well as Director Ethics & Legal Compliance of an international manufacturer of automotive parts. Marcel joined the team of PHH Rechtsanwält:innen as Of Counsel*.
