Martina Stranzinger-Maier is an expert in the field of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and the management of class actions. She has extensive specialized knowledge in representing national and international clients from the financial sector in court.
She is particularly concerned with issues related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Green Advertising, where she has experience in both consultancy and court representation.
Stranzinger-Maier was called to the bar 2018 and has been Counsel at PHH Attorneys at Law since 2023.
She is fluent in German and English.
