Career & competencies

Evgeny Rodionov specialises in complex international financing transactions and in advising family offices and private individuals; he has also a good deal of experience with international banking M&A transactions. Having worked at international law firms based in Russia and Austria and as an in-house lawyer at Austrian financial institutions, Evgeny now focuses on international transactions (LMA style, restructurings, NPL and portfolio transactions).

Evgeny qualified as a lawyer in 2009, has been a counsel since 2020 and has been a of counsel* at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen since 2021.

He speaks Russian, English and German.

What motivates me:

Football manager.
