Career & competencies
Victoria Fischl has been an associate at PHH since 2020 and a senior associate since 2022. She focuses on the areas of banking and finance law, energy law and private wealth.
She has already managed several M&A transactions in banking, both on the buyer and on the seller side, and provides assistance in advising international banks and financial institutions on questions of banking and regulatory law, on entering the Austrian market and on asset relocations.
In addition, Victoria advises international clients on market entry in Austria and the establishment of family offices. She works with various private banks and for their HNWI clients. Before joining PHH, she worked at other internationally renowned law firms and in the courts.
Victoria is a university lecturer for banking M&A at the University of Vienna.
She regularly lectures and publishes on banking M&A, regulatory and energy law. She speaks German and English.
