Career & competencies

Philip Rosenauer focuses on advising young entrepreneurs, startups and investors on the entire process of corporate development and corporate finance. He also works with national and international clients on issues related to M&A, commercial and corporate law and capital market law. As a Capital Market Coach, he is a licensed advisor for issuers in the ‘direct market plus’ segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Due to his expertise, he is also in demand as an author and lecturer.

Philip joined PHH Rechtsanwält:innen in 2017 and became a partner in 2023. 

He speaks German and English.

What motivates me:
The sporting ambition of rising to each and every challenge and the conviction of being able to do so successfully.

Where would I be now if I had not become a lawyer:
