Natascha Schimani is a clerk in land registry matters and the associated financing processes as well as in the immigration sector. Due to her more than 30 years of experience, she has in-depth knowledge in matters relating to annuities, rent and eviction proceedings, the handling of traffic accidents, company register matters, actions for disturbance of property, the preparation of wills, power of attorney, living wills and their registration, file management of trusteeships as well as fee invoicing and service provision, processing via the eATHB and the archiving of deeds and documents.

Natascha also has expertise in the areas of settlement and residence law as well as the Foreign Nationals Employment Act. Her focus is on advising companies and start-ups – in particular on the posting of workers to Austria (advice and application for residence permits, support throughout the entire process and post-monitoring) and abroad (visas, apostilles and diplomatic legalization). She also supports clients who wish to relocate to Austria – whether for business, educational or private reasons – with regard to immigration and naturalization.

Natascha started her career in 1991 at the law firm Dr. Johannes Schriefl/Dr. Peter Paul Wolf and joined PHH Rechtsanwält:innen in September 2021.

She speaks German and English.
