Natascha Schimani is responsible for land registry matters and the related financing transactions, as well as in the immigration sector. With over 30 years of experience, she has in-depth knowledge in current account matters, rent and eviction lawsuits, handling of traffic accidents, commercial register issues, possession disturbance claims, drafting wills, power of attorney arrangements, advance healthcare directives and their registration, management of guardianship files, as well as fee billing and service delivery, processing via the eATHB system, and the archiving of deeds and documents.

In addition, Natascha has expertise in the area of the Settlement and Residence Act as well as the Foreign Employment Act. Her focus is on advising companies and start-ups—especially regarding the secondment of employees to Austria (consultation and application for residence permits, support throughout the entire process, and post-monitoring) as well as abroad (visas, apostilles, and diplomatic legalization). Furthermore, she assists clients who wish to relocate their primary residence to Austria—whether for business, educational, or private reasons—with immigration and naturalization matters.

Natascha began her career in 1991 at the law firm of Dr. Johannes Schriefl and Dr. Peter Paul Wolf and has been a case manager at PHH Attorneys-at-Law since September 2021.

She speaks German and English.
