Maximilian Benke is a member of the Corporate and M&A team and advises companies on various aspects of business law, ranging from contract drafting and transaction support to dispute resolution. With several years of experience at leading law firms in Vienna, Maximilian offers a wide range of legal services and draws on industry expertise in trade, construction and real estate, banking and insurance, as well as gastronomy and hospitality.
Maximilian has been a registered lawyer since 2023 and joined the team at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen in 2025.
What motivates me:
