Career & competencies
Leopold Huber is an expert in the fields of investment fund law, regulatory law and capital markets law. He joined PHH Rechtsanwält:innen as a special counsel (“of Counsel*”) in 2020. He has been Head of Legal & Fund Operations and Regulatory SPOC at an Austrian investment fund management company since 2013. Leopold is also a certified portfolio manager and compliance officer.
He speaks German and English.
What motivates me:
A desire to get better and better.
Where would I be now if I had not become a lawyer:
I am not a lawyer, but if I were not a corporate jurist, I would now be a lawyer.
My three greatest passions:
Road racing, travel and good food.
