Bernhard’s expertise lies in the role of a damage dealer and/or supporter in player-versus-player cases (litigation / arbitration / white collar crime). He also provides advice on scouting the legal fog of war in international esports law.
Bernhard was called to the bar in 2017 and has been working at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen ever since.
He speaks German, English and Swedish.
What motivates me:
My wife.
Where would I be now if I had not become a lawyer:
Fantasy artist or Jedi knight (if I hadn’t been hampered by a complete lack of talent for either of these professions).
My three greatest passions:
Team sports (ice hockey, soccer ground hopping), casual gaming (chill + no skill) and relaxing cool-off activities (mountaineering / climbing / skiing / Lego).
