PHH Strengthens Its Partnership with Martina Stranzinger-Maier

Since November 2023, Martina Stranzinger-Maier (38) has been leading the Disputes department at PHH Rechtsanwält:innen. Now, she has been appointed as a partner. With this move, PHH acknowledges the positive development that Stranzinger-Maier and her team have achieved over the past year.

At PHH, Stranzinger-Maier has restructured the Disputes department, giving it a clear focus on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, civil law, insolvency law, and bank resolution. A particular area of interest for her is competition law and all related matters, from green advertising and dynamic pricing to general terms and conditions. As a member of the ESG Desk, she advises companies, organizations, and individuals on civil and regulatory legal issues.

With this clear strategic direction, Stranzinger-Maier has successfully expanded and strengthened the Disputes department. Over the past year, her team has doubled in size, growing from its original two members. The department now consists of two attorneys and two additional team members, alongside Stranzinger-Maier as a partner. “I am delighted to now be part of the PHH partnership,” she says. With this addition, PHH’s partnership level now includes seven members—four partners and three female partners.
