PHH Rechtsanwält:innen advised existing investors Invest AG and Raiffeisen Beteiligungsholding on the entry of Armira Growth into AVILOO Battery Diagnostics.

AVILOO Battery Diagnostics, a leading provider of independent battery diagnostic solutions for electric vehicles, secured an investment of approximately EUR 30 million from Armira Growth as part of a growth financing round.

As part of the transaction, shareholdings held by the European Innovation Council Fund were acquired. PHH advised the existing investors on all legal aspects of the investment transaction.
