On 13 May 2025, we celebrated the premiere of our new event series PHH Legal Bites – a compact breakfast format with legal depth.
To kick things off, we welcomed Dr. Philipp Fidler, MSc (Oxford), university lecturer at the Institute for Corporate Law, to our Rooftop Terrace. In his keynote speech, he highlighted current decisions and developments on the topic:
‘Value protection, operating costs and rent control – current case law and implications’.
The event was confidently and expertly moderated by our partner Julia Fritz, who opened the new format with a successful introduction.
In a relaxed atmosphere with breakfast and a view over Vienna, the guests had the opportunity for professional and personal dialogue – a successful start to the new series of events.
