On 21 October 2025, our popular breakfast event PHH Legal Bites took place once again at the offices of PHH Rechtsanwält:innen on Julius-Raab-Platz.

Together with numerous guests, we addressed a highly topical issue this time: ‘Criminal law limits of business decisions – lessons from Signa, WienWert & Co’.

In his presentation, our speaker, Mag. Günther Rebisant, solicitor and partner at Rebisant Rechtsanwalt GmbH, impressively highlighted the criminal law limits of business decisions and the lessons that can be learned from prominent cases.

Over coffee and breakfast, there was plenty of time for professional exchange and exciting discussions.
