PHH Rechtsanwält:innen is delighted to announce its membership in DECA, the interest group and platform for energy efficiency (services) in Austria.

The energy transition is one of the defining challenges of our time – and it requires strong networks, solid expertise, and the collective commitment of many stakeholders. That is precisely why we are thrilled to be actively involved in this high-calibre association going forward. A special thank-you goes to our colleague Hafize Stöhr, who was instrumental in initiating and driving our membership. With her dedication and expertise in energy and sustainability law, she paved the way into the DECA community – thank you so much!

With our focus areas in energy, contract, construction, and real estate law, we look forward to contributing practical legal perspectives and working together with fellow members to make concrete contributions to energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and sustainable transformation.
