Julia Fritz, Partner at PHH, is expanding her real estate team with the addition of experienced lawyer Hafize Stöhr (37). With extensive expertise in the areas of ESG and sustainability, Stöhr enriches the team and also strengthens the PHH ESG Desk in order to promote sustainable real estate projects in an even more targeted manner.
Hafize Stöhr brings to PHH Rechtsanwält:innen her extensive experience as head of a sustainability practice group and as a long-standing legal advisor for energy projects such as energy communities, thermal refurbishment and contracting. This makes her an ideal addition to the real estate team, as sustainability and energy are becoming increasingly important in the real estate sector.
Stöhr expands PHH’s real estate team under the leadership of partner Julia Fritz. His main areas of expertise include advising on energy modernization or energy communities as well as providing legal support for energy projects, such as the construction, purchase and sale of energy supply facilities.

Sustainability is more than just a consulting field for the law firm: since summer 2024, it has been sourcing its electricity from the PV system of the biodynamic Demeter farm Gut Althann in Zwentendorf, in cooperation with the OurPower energy cooperative.
