PHH Expands Corporate and M&A Team

PHH M&A partners Rainer Kaspar and Philip Rosenauer have welcomed attorney Maximilian Benke (34) to their team. Originally from Tyrol, Benke brings experience not only in M&A but also in dispute resolution, real estate, and insolvency law.

With his move to PHH, Maximilian Benke will focus on corporate and M&A matters, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, sales and purchases of company shares, corporate law, and antitrust issues. His expertise across multiple legal fields and in-depth industry knowledge in trade, construction and real estate, banking and insurance, as well as hospitality and gastronomy, make him an excellent addition to the corporate team led by Rainer Kaspar and Philip Rosenauer.
