PHH appoints Matthias Fucik as Counsel

With the promotion of Matthias Fucik (36) to Counsel, the Viennese commercial law firm PHH is making a strong statement in the areas of corporate law, transactions and tax.

Matthias Fucik has been with PHH Rechtsanwält:innen since 2018, where he works as a lawyer and transaction and tax law expert at the sought-after interface between law and tax. The trained lawyer with expertise in tax law and accounting advises national and international clients primarily on M&A transactions, reorganizations and financing on tax, corporate and financing law issues and matters. With his appointment as Counsel, PHH Management recognizes Matthias Fucik’s achievements and underlines the importance of his expertise and activities in the tax and transaction area.
