Yesterday, Vienna once again became the meeting point for the M&A community as the 5th M&A DACH Conference brought together M&A lawyers, tax advisors, and in-house counsel from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Organized by Rainer Kaspar (PHH Attorneys at Law, Vienna), Moritz Maurer (Niederer Kraft Frey, Zurich), and Dr. Felix Dette (METIS Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB, Frankfurt), the elegant JUWEL in Vienna’s second district provided the perfect setting for this cross-border exchange.

In five insightful panels and workshops, participants discussed key topics such as contract drafting, post-transaction disputes, valuation models, and the often challenging bridge between enterprise value and purchase price. A highlight of the event was the keynote, offering valuable insights into corporate expectations of M&A lawyers and providing attendees with significant takeaways.
